Jun 21, 2010 - @0asian1nvasion0 Not sure why you'd think it wasn't measured in Fahrenheit in the video. It is. Just heat up your water to 40 degrees celsius and you'll be fine. Just don't go over ~50 degrees Celsius, or the yeast will die.
