There are crappy drivers everywhere... Come to Texas and you get to see suicidal crappy drivers... people who are on the highway thinking they can go 90 MPH on a 35 degree angle ramp in a really old SUV or pick up truck, only to see them turned over. car wrecks every 2 to 3 miles on the road... texas....
